cost attribution for small ecommerce

Show the working.

Vecks connects your shop and your ad accounts, applies cost rules you write yourself, and turns every order into a line-by-line P&L. When a margin looks wrong, you don't re-check a spreadsheet — you open the number and read the rows behind it.

01the problem

Nobody loses money dramatically. They lose it in rounding.

€45 to ship one order to Canada. 3.5% off every card payment. A bundle that's really two products with two cost prices. Fulfilment that differs between Sweden and Norway even though your spreadsheet calls both "Europe". Each one is small; across a year of orders they decide whether the ads were worth running.

Spreadsheets average these costs. Averages hide them. Vecks books them per order, per unit, per country — and anything it can't attribute is said out loud instead of rounding to zero.

02how it works
1

Connect

Connect WooCommerce, Amazon and Meta. Takes about two minutes per source. Shopify, Google Ads and TikTok are next on the roadmap.

2

Write your cost rules

Freight per unit. Fulfilment per country — Sweden ships different from Norway. Payment fees per channel. Bundles costed by their components. The most specific rule wins, and you can test any combination before an order ever hits it.

3

Check the maths

Open any order and see every euro booked: the rule that produced it, the FX rate applied, the rows behind the total. Change a rule and preview the P&L impact before applying it.

03what you get

Nothing rounds to zero.

A missing rate, an unmapped campaign, an unsettled Amazon fee — they show up as named findings with the orders they touch, not as silently optimistic margins. This uses your estimates where actuals haven't settled, and tells you so.

A public dashboard link shows revenue → gross profit → contribution margin → net profit, daily, to anyone you give it to. No login, no exports.
